Not getting the results you want? Struggling to come up with effective workouts? Our certified personal trainers can help create custom workouts based on your needs. This includes correctional/rehabilitation training, sports-specific training, functional training, circuit training or workouts focused on weight loss/fat burning. We offer 30 minute express packages to fit all busy executives’ schedules.

RPM offers group exercise classes taught by some of Atlanta’s most-sought-after, certified instructors. Our variety of classes includes Spinning, yoga, Pilates, functional training, and sculpting. Classes are available for all fitness levels and are an excellent way to start your fitness journey. Engage all your muscles, enhance your cardiovascular endurance and energize your mind.

  • Take your fitness to the next level. This high-intensity workout is designed for those who have mastered Body Sculpt and Fitness 101. Training ropes, plyometrics, cardio and weights are all used to get through this drenching workout.

  • Learn the movements of kettlebell exercises while challenging your strength and cardiovascular endurance during this 45-minute total-body workout.

  • Good for the mind and muscles, Pilates concentrates on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance.

  • Not your traditional spin class! Get your heart rate up while the instructor guides you through a variety of terrain while incorporating strength training.

  • Start your week off with a heart pumping, muscle burning class. Rotate through stations that are sure to hit all your fitness needs.

  • Perfect for any fitness level, let an instructor guide you through a ride that mimics flat roads, hills and sprints. A spin card is required to reserve a bike and is available 15 minutes prior to class at the front desk.

  • Hard day at work? Join us for total relaxation that focuses on breathing and getting in tune with your muscles.

  • Ditch the workout and join the party! This class incorporates easy-to-follow, fun Latin dance moves guaranteed to make you sweat.

Sarah played basketball under Hall of Fame Coach Andy Landers at the University of Georgia, and has since worked with several organizations to train athletes of all ages and sports in strength and conditioning for sport. She also has experience in adult fitness, cardiac rehab, and training people with disabilities, including spinal cord injuries, MS, and ALS. Sarah has worked with several post-rehab patients, helping them to recover from injury and get back to regular activities and sports.
