Sarah played basketball under Hall of Fame Coach Andy Landers at the University of Georgia, and has since worked with several organizations to train athletes of all ages and sports in strength and conditioning for sport. She also has experience in adult fitness, cardiac rehab, and training people with disabilities, including spinal cord injuries, MS, and ALS. Sarah has worked with several post-rehab patients, helping them to recover from injury and get back to regular activities and sports. She is skilled at active, passive, and dynamic stretching techniques to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries.
