RPM membership is open to all Bank of America Plaza Atlanta tenants and their employees. We offer month-to-month, semi-annual, annual and family add-on memberships. Contact RPM for membership pricing.

Not getting the results you want? Struggling to come up with effective workouts? Our certified personal trainers can help create custom workouts based on your needs. This includes correctional/rehabilitation training, sports-specific training, functional training, circuit training or workouts focused on weight loss/fat burning. We offer 30 minute express packages to fit all busy executives’ schedules.

Why choose one class when you can do three! This 45 minute class incorporates three different formats to keep your workouts fun and exciting. There is no better way to mix it up!
20 minutes cardio – 20 minutes weights. The perfect balance of working your cardio endurance and muscles all in one class!
Challenge your muscles with weights, resistance bands, body bars and other fitness equipment in this 45-minute strength-based class.
Take your fitness to the next level. This high-intensity workout is designed for those who have mastered Body Sculpt and Fitness 101. Training ropes, plyometrics, cardio and weights are all used to get through this drenching workout.
Join your fellow RPM members for a group run through the city! Runs range from 2-4 miles with all levels of runners and walkers.
Push yourself to the limit with this 45 minute circuit style training class!
P90X LIVE workouts offer a rich variety of routines from cardio to resistance training, strength training, plyometrics, ab work, and more. P90X constantly switches things up to help you bust through plateaus. Plus, there are modifications so people at any level can partake!
Not your traditional spin class! Get your heart rate up while the instructor guides you through a variety of terrain while incorporating strength training.
Start your week off with a heart pumping, muscle burning class. Rotate through stations that are sure to hit all your fitness needs.
Perfect for any fitness level, let an instructor guide you through a ride that mimics flat roads, hills and sprints. A spin card is required to reserve a bike and is available 15 minutes prior to class at the front desk.
Hard day at work? Join us for total relaxation that focuses on breathing and getting in tune with your muscles.
Ditch the workout and join the party! This class incorporates easy-to-follow, fun Latin dance moves guaranteed to make you sweat.
